Cakes are always made from scratch to order using high quality ingredients including free range eggs, supreme sponge flour, real butter in the buttercream fillings, the finest conserves and professional sugarpaste for a nicer taste and finish.

A tiered cake can consist of one or more flavours. Here are some of the most popular flavours:

Classic – light sponge filled with Madagascan vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve

Lemon – zesty lemon sponge filled with lemon curd buttercream

Chocolate – chocolate sponge filled with chocolate / vanilla / caramel / peanut butter buttercream or luxury Belgian chocolate ganache

White Chocolate & Raspberry – classic sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry conserve

Elderflower & Lemon – zesty lemon and elderflower sponge filled with lemon curd and elderflower buttercream

Orange Blossom & Cardamom – orange and cardamom sponge filled with orange blossom buttercream

Rose & Vanilla – floral rose flavoured sponge filled with vanilla buttercream

Almond & Cherry – almond flavoured sponge filled with almond flavour buttercream (with optional dash of Amaretto liqueur) and morello cherry conserve

Pina Colada – coconut flavoured sponge filled with coconut buttercream (with optional Malibu) and pineapple jam

Coffee – coffee sponge (with optional walnuts) filled with coffee buttercream

Baileys – Baileys Irish Cream liqueur sponge filled with Baileys buttercream

Rich Fruit – traditional rich fruit cake covered with a layer of marzipan

Luxury Carrot – carrot cake containing rum soaked sultanas and walnuts

Dietary Requirements

Cakes without gluten / dairy / egg in their ingredients are available on request but please note that cakes are made in a kitchen which handles these ingredients so cannot guarantee free of traces.
